Microbiological Attributes and Performance of the Bacterial Community in Brazilian Cerrado Soil with Different Cover Crops

Soil microbiological indicators are essential tools to understand how the management with cover crops interferes in activity and soil microbial community. Thus, objective of study was evaluate attributes performance bacterial community Brazilian Cerrado different crops. The experiment performed a randomized block design, evaluating seven crops, Sorghum bicolor, Crotalaria ochroleuca, Pennisetum americanum, Panicum miliaceum, Raphanus sativus, Urochloa brizantha, ruziziensis, fallow area. Cover aerial biomass dry weight (CB), carbon (MBC), basal respiration (BR), metabolic quotient (qCO2), abundance structure based on rrs 16S rRNA gene were evaluated. In cultivated S. bicolor there highest CB MBC at same time as less (lower BR qCO2). more differentiated soils P. C. ochroleuca. associated genus, while positively correlated bicolor. Bacterial miliaceum.
